Qualifications:

– Min. SMA/SMK/Associate degree.
– Max. 40 years old.
– Proven 3 years experience in debt recovery or collections roles.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with debt recovery software preferred
– Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– High level of integrity and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and develop strategies for recovery.
– Contact and negotiate debt/payment arrangements.
– Investigate and analyze accounts to identify reasons for delinquency and develop appropriate solutions.
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and regulations.
– Maintain detailed records of all communications and activities related to debt recovery efforts.
– Provide regular updates and reports on recovery efforts to management.
